Minimum Stay – There is a two night minimum all year and a three or four night minimum for most holidays. 

 

Rates are for up to six people (maximum occupancy) and do not include the taxes or the $25 one time reservation fee.  Rates may be subject to change, so please confirm at time of reservation.

 

Deposits – We require a 50% deposit plus the $25 reservation fee to hold a cabin. Deposits must be made by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  We cannot accept personal checks for payment.

 

Cancellations – We will refund full deposit (less the $25 reservation fee) if the reservation is cancelled at least 45 days prior to the arrival date. For later cancellations, the deposit (less the $25 reservation fee) will be refunded ONLY IF we can re-rent the cabin. No-shows will be charged in FULL unless the cabin is re-rented.

 

Check-in – after 3 pm.

Check-out – by 11 am.

 

No pets allowed on premises.
